This is an 8-port rackmountable HDMI switch that gives you the capability of switching between eight HDMI A/V sources that include satellite boxes, hi-def blu-ray players, home theater PCs, and even gaming consoles. A bi-directional RS-232 serial remote port comes with the system to allow the switch to be controlled through a high-end controller.
