The Ajax Systems Corporation Terms And Conditions
are detailed below:

  1. Creating an Account - Creating an account is optional, you don't need to have one in order to buy online. However an account can make the checkout process much faster. With an account, you can view your previous orders with Ajax Sytems Corporation as well as check order status.

  2. Account Passwords - By default, your account password is your account number and your username is your emailaddress.  Your password can easily be retrieved by entering your email address.  Your password will then emailed to the email address entered.

  3. Payment Options - Ajax Systems Corporation is happy to accept any of the following payment options:
    • Credit Card online: US Credit Cards like VISA, Master card, American Express and Discover are accepted.  At checkout, you can select credit card as a payment option. You will fill out the credit card order form.
    • Credit Card by fax: At checkout, you can select credit card by fax as a payment option. You will fill out the credit card fax order form, sign and date the form in the space provided. Fax it to Ajax Systems Corporation at (909) 598-0218.
    • Purchase Order: At checkout, you can select purchase order as a payment option. You will fill out the purchase order form. Fax a copy of your purchase order to Ajax Systems Corporation at (909) 598-0218. We may request your company and bank information.
    • Wire transfer: At checkout, you can select Wire transfer as a payment option. You will fill out the wire transfer form. We may request your company and bank information

  4. Shipping within US - Ajax Sytems Corporation uses FEDEX as the primary delivery service, but UPS is available as well. The shipping and handling charge is based on the weight, service type, and ship-to location. Once you have finished adding items to your cart, you will have an opportunity to calculate tax & shipping or use your UPS or FEDEX account number..

  5. International Shipping - We do ship internationally.  Please keep in mind that our web site is not equipped to quote shipping charges internationally.  Therefore, please send E-mail to sales@ajaxsys.com. To determine the shipping cost for your order please include:
    • Name/Company Name
    • Street Address/Apartment/Suite/Unit
    • Postal Code (if applicable)
    • City
    • Country
    • Item and qty

  6. Tax Information - Ajax Systems is incorporated in California.  We must (by law) charge state's sales tax on your purchases shipping within California as well as any associated shipping charges.  The applicable sales tax will be charged according to your county for orders shipping within California.

  7. Order Confirmation and Delivery Schedule - We know you want to receive your order as soon as possible, and we make every effort to speed things along.  After you submit a completed order and we get approval of your specified payment option.
     
    You will receive an order Confirmation from the Ajax Systems Corporation website via email. Within 48 hours of your completed online order, you receive an order information email that contains:
    • Your order number
    • Your customer number or account number
    • The total order amount
    • An estimated ship date
     
    With this information, you can monitor your order's status by using online order status tracking system.  Based on the availability of system parts and other factors that affect our manufacturing process, lead times for individual systems may fluctuate.  We normally ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders taken on the weekend or holiday will be processed the next working day. We will make every effort to deliver your product on time. Ajax Systems Corporation ship date is the date the shipper picks up the package from Ajax Systems Corporation.

  8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Orders for shipment to addresses outside of the U.S., Canada, possessions and territories of the U.S. and APO/FPO addresses are subject to the following terms. International orders and inquiries can be placed by fax (626-937-6920), postal mail or e-mail (sales@ajaxsys.com). Please include your telephone number and e-mail address with your inquiries.
     
    Orders for shipment outside of the United States are subject to shipping fees, applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Ajax Systems Corporation ships international orders via Federal Express or to a designated freight forwarder with US address of your choice. All international orders must be prepaid in full with U.S. funds by wire transfer or cashiers check drawn from a U.S. bank.
     
    To determine the shipping cost for your order please include:

    • Street Address/Apartment/Suite/Unit
    • Postal Code (if applicable)

    • Country
    • Item and qty
     
    Please be aware that many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the U.S., and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or U.S. law. Ajax Systems Corporation makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside the U.S.

  9. Order Status - Order status for products is available online for your convenience.
     
    For secure access to your order's status, you'll need your 7-digit online Order Status Customer Number and your 6-digit order number. These numbers are provided to you in an email sent after your online order is placed.
     
    Order Status Center currently offers the following information:
    • Shipping record (FEDXE tracking number)
    • Delivery Schedule
     

  10. Order Status - Any items that are unavailable, will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. Please check our order status center for the back ordered item's estimated time of arrival. Please note that these dates are estimates, and are not guaranteed to arrive on that date. Your product(s) will be promptly shipped as soon as the product arrives. No additional shipping fees will be charged.
     
    Your account will be charged for the entire order, so that Ajax Sytems Corporation can reserve the product for you. If this is not acceptable, you are more than welcome to cancel the order, and request an immediate credit.

  11. Order Cancellations - Orders placed on the Ajax Systems Corporation website cannot be canceled online. To cancel orders, Please send your cancellation request, order number, and customer ID number to sales@ajaxsys.com and we will send a confirmation email upon cancellation.
     
    Once you order from Ajax Sytems Corporation, we start working on it right away. For that reason, it's possible -- depending on how much time has elapsed since you placed your order -- that we've already shipped the product to you. In that case, you may need to return it to us.
